7 Foods on The No-No List!

The saying goes, all things in moderation. Well, with some foods, the old adage doesn’t show true. The following foods are so bad for our health, that complete avoidance is a great idea!

1. Margarine

Once thought to be healthier than butter, but margarine is actually full of trans fat. That means that it coats your arteries and rises your cholesterol. Real butter, in moderation, is far better.

2. Hot Dogs and processed sandwich Meats:

Low quality meat like this is full of nitrites, chemical flavorings, way too much sodium and dyes.




3. Processed “Cheese” products

You have seen them in cans, sliced in plastic, this is actually “fake” food and can not be labeled as cheese. When you want cheese sauce, you are better off creating your own.

4. Sugary Sodas

Sodas provide high fructose corn syrup that has no nutritional value. Basically, you are drinking empty calories. Try healthy drinks instead that will provide health benefits.

5. French Fries

6. Artificial Sweeteners

They are much sweeter than real sugar, leading to increased sugar cravings. They also have links to cancer and neurological problems. When you crave something sweet, try these protein brownies instead.




7. Microwave Popcorn

Microwave popcorn have imitation butter flavor, which has been linked with infertility and cancer.
